NEORM-ERA provides AI-powered marketing automation tools across the Social, Creative, Campaign, Intel, and Freelance verticals. Features and availability vary by plan.
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials. Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your inputs and branding. Generated campaign kits are licensed to you for your commercial use subject to your plan. Taurus AI retains ownership of the platform, models, and orchestration system.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. POC purchases are non-refundable because they include custom work. Annual prepay plans may qualify for credits.
Taurus AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for third-party platform changes or AI model behavior outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
